I have been reading a chapter per day in Proverbs for years and it has changed my life. If you think reading through the whole Bible is too much to commit to, may I suggest reading a chapter from Proverbs that coincides with the day of the month. If you want to read more of God's word daily then place bibles in the car, by your recliner/ couch, carry one in your back pocket etc. When you find yourself in a long checkout line you can read and reread your Proverb.
Since today is the first of the month, wouldn't this be a great day to begin?
