Dishonest Questions?

An honest question seeks an answer but a dishonest question only seeks an argument. Jesus would say of the Pharisees that "they were blind leaders of the blind."
Deal with such people as little as possible. There is a Proverb that says "answer a fool lest he is wise in his own eyes." The next stanza in the Proverb says, "Don't answer a fool..."
Is this a contradiction ? No. The point of the Proverb is you gain nothing by speaking with fools. Don't allow them to waste your time or rob you of precious energy that could be better spent serving the Lord and loving His people.
