Wanna lose some weight?

Does food seem to control your life?
Are you healthy and known as a person of moderation?

We live in a culture of extremes, people either worship or totally neglect their health.
I've recently taken some time to fast and pray about becoming more moderate and I stumbled onto a new book that has been so refreshing, "The No S Diet".
What's it about?
No Snacks (between meals)
No Sweets (except fruit, & yogurt/ healthy sweets)
No Seconds (fill your plate with whatever but that's it)
Except on days that start with "S" (Saturday, Sunday, Special Days like holidays, birthdays)
And that's basically it! The beauty of this plan is that it teaches moderation AND its simple!
